These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Grevision ("Company") and the customer.
2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is formed when the customer accepts the Company's offer, typically by written confirmation.
3. Scope of services
The scope of services is defined in the written order confirmation. Changes require written agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in CHF plus applicable VAT. Payments follow the agreed payment terms.
5. Warranty
The Company warrants professional execution using proper materials. The warranty period is 2 years from acceptance.
6. Liability
The Company is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent; liability for slight negligence is excluded.
7. Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zurich. Changes to these terms require written form.
