1. Enquiries
The contact form sends your name, email, optional phone and company, enquiry type, optional budget and timeline, message and selected language to our business email. We use this information to answer your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in your message.
2. Website delivery and email
Website, media-hosting and email providers process the technical data needed to deliver this website and messages, such as IP addresses and delivery logs. Our contact service uses SMTP email delivery. Information is retained while needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.
3. Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you accept optional tracking. These services can process device, browsing and online identifier data and may process information outside your country. You can reject optional tracking or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.
4. Local preferences
Your cookie choice and theme preference are stored in your browser. These preferences are separate from optional analytics and advertising. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent use of the contact form.
5. Requests and contact
Contact info@grevision-ks.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests are handled according to the applicable law and any required retention obligations.
6. Google Maps reviews
We retrieve a public sample of Google Maps reviews on our server and display short excerpts with author and source links. When author photos are displayed, your browser contacts Google image servers, which receive technical request data such as your IP address. Following a review or leaving a review opens a Google service with its own privacy notice.
