Project Overview

A desktop application for studio appointments, customers, invoices and daily work, available for Windows and macOS.

Appointments, customers and invoices are presented in the context of daily studio work. The desktop application brings these administrative tasks into a product for Windows and macOS computers.

Built with Electron, React, SQLite. The portfolio previews show the project's interface and visual structure.

Project context and planning

Appointments, customers and invoices belong together

StudioCity04 addresses the daily administration of a studio: appointments, customer records and invoices. Staff need to understand who a booking concerns and how it relates to the work being billed. The project demonstrates a desktop application organised around those administrative tasks.

A desktop application with a local database

The application uses Electron, React and SQLite and is presented for Windows and macOS. Electron supplies the desktop environment, React the interface and SQLite the database. The screenshots provide a way to examine appointment and administration screens together. Backup arrangements, distribution and updates are project decisions to agree separately.

Make a changed appointment part of acceptance

For your own studio application, describe a returning customer whose appointment moves and whose invoice must still refer to the correct work. Bring a sample of the records you need to retain. Agree user access, supported operating systems and a backup-and-restore check alongside the first usable workflow.

What we agree before work starts

Your proposal sets out the work, responsibilities and commercial terms. Pricing is negotiable for each project.
